Getting FIFO Loop

The FIFO Loop web app is live now. Open app.swingday.app on your phone and add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app:

• iPhone: open it in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
• Android: open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.

The iPhone and Android apps are coming to the App Store and Google Play. FIFO Loop is free, with a few ads in the phone apps; FIFO Loop Pro removes them (see pricing).

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a 6-digit code; enter it with a new password. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, sign in with that instead — there's no FIFO Loop password to reset.

I didn't get the email code

Check spam and promotions, and wait a minute before asking for another code. Codes expire after an hour.

How does Together work?

One of you creates an invite in Together and sends it; the other taps I have an invite and pastes it. Each phone shares only what you choose, encrypted so only the two of you can read it, and it stays up to date by itself. Either of you can disconnect at any time.

My pay estimate looks wrong

Estimates come from your rotation, shifts and Pay setup. Check your rate, hours per shift, overtime rule and pay schedule in Money → Pay setup. FIFO Loop doesn't calculate tax, and your pay stub is always the real number.

Changing phones

Your data lives on your phone (or, in the web app, in that browser). Before switching, save a backup from More → Privacy & security → Backup & restore, or email it to yourself. Then sign in on your new phone with the same account and restore it from the same screen.

Deleting your account or data

More → Account → Delete account removes your account from our servers. More → Privacy & security → Delete all data removes all data from your phone. No longer have the app? See Delete your account. The privacy policy has the details.
