Using FIFO Loop

By creating an account or using the FIFO Loop app or website, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be at least 16 to use FIFO Loop. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account.

Your data

What you enter in FIFO Loop is yours. Most of it is stored only on your phone, as described in the privacy policy. Because it lives on your device, you're responsible for keeping it backed up. Save a backup from More → Privacy & security → Backup & restore before changing or resetting your phone. We can't recover data that was only on a lost or reset device.

Estimates, not advice

Pay, bills, goals and schedule projections in FIFO Loop are estimates based on the information you enter. They aren't tax, legal or financial advice, and FIFO Loop doesn't calculate tax. Always check your employer's official roster, travel bookings and pay stub. Don't rely on FIFO Loop alone for anything safety-critical, including fatigue management, credential expiry or travel times.

Together

Only connect with people you trust. You choose what you share, and either person can disconnect at any time. Don't use Together to monitor someone without their knowledge or consent.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to FIFO Loop or its servers.
• Don't use FIFO Loop for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone.
• Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

FIFO Loop Pro subscriptions

FIFO Loop Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription bought in the iPhone or Android app through the App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel — on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. What Pro includes is described on the pricing page and in the app; if we change it, we'll tell you in advance and it won't take away something you've already paid for during that period. The free version shows ads, as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We're continually improving FIFO Loop, so features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using FIFO Loop at any time. More → Account → Delete account permanently deletes your account from our servers.

Liability

FIFO Loop is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on estimates in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
